If I could give this facility and Sean specifically stars I would but sadly I am limited to five. Did I really need a half an hour explanation of a one bedroom apartment? Probably not, but not once did I feel I was asking anything dumb…I felt at home on Day 1, and that was due to the personalized attention I was given. Once it was time to go to my apartment, Sean made sure I saw everything. It almost felt as if I was the only resident but then speaking with other residents I found out that EVERYBODY gets the 5 Star Treatment here from Sean and the entire Tessera staff. Afterwards he gave me a full tour and I could not have been more impressed by the facility and the personal attention I was being given. He sat with me and went over every single detail (even the obvious ones) about the Tessera. When I arrived he greeted me with a huge smile and keys in hand. I didn’t think Sean Walsh could impress me any more than he did during the contract and rental process, but he proved me wrong when it came time to move in. It was due to his professionalism that I chose The Tessera to be my new home. There were times he would even check up on me. He dealt with me nervously calling to make sure “nothing had changed” way too many times and did so with a smile. Without a close second, the most professional, timely, friendly, and knowledgeable representative was Sean Walsh, from the Tessera. When looking for an apartment I probably called over places in the greater Phoenix area. "When I found out that I was being transferred from New Jersey to Arizona for work I was fearful of the entire process. Hailey and Sean are so helpful and kind, I hope to stay here for many years" "Love living here! Had a problem with my AC and they fixed it within minutes of my service request! Tony in maintenance is the man. "What an outstanding group of Individuals that work here! Sean, Hailey and Tony go above and beyond for their residents! Keep up the good work!" I've been here for over a year and have only had 2 maintenance requests, fortunately, and both were taken care of quickly and efficiently the same day by Jacque." The staff are always doing their best here to keep up the building and amentities to make it comfortable living. ![]() "This is a well maintained property with a very friendly environment. Maintenance is very quick and responsive with Jacque (and Tony). The front office has been attentive and thorough(Thank you Hailey and Sean). I’ve been here for 2 years and just signed my 3rd year lease.
